Welcome! Families of Autistic Children Engaged Together for Support (FACETS) was started in the fall of 2007, by Autism mom extraordinaire, Miriam Aune. Her sons are both twenty-somethings now and she wanted to give something back and help other families in the Brazos Valley. FACETS meets the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. During the school year (September through May), we meet at the Brazos Valley Rehabilitation Center at 1318 Memorial Drive in Bryan, TX and childcare is provided while parents can network and listen to an informational program. During the summer months, our meeting location can change, so keep checking back.
Whether you are the parent, sibling, grandparent, or family friend of a child with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), we are here to help support each other. New faces are always welcome. We are in this together and learn from each other. We hope to see you soon.
As we want FACETS to remain connected to the needs of our members, please take a moment to respond to the FACETS Survey! Just select the page above and let us know what you are thinking about FACETS. Thank you so much for your participation.
